DixonSmith LLP is an independent rural surveyor and land agency practice based in the South West, led by Charles Dixon and Jeremy Smith
The practice was created in 2022 to return to a culture of traditional, bespoke and highly personalised rural estate management and consultancy advice, a practice that embraces traditional values but utilises up to date technologies to enhance our personal approach.
Within the practice we have the expertise, skills and knowledge to provide assistance in all aspects of rural land, property and estate management.
We take an enduring view of our work and actively seek to develop long term relationships with our clients so that we can provide continuity of advice and identify and achieve long term objectives, that particularly when involving land use, can span decades.
