• DixonSmith LLP is an independent rural surveyor and land agency practice based in Exeter, Devon, led by Charles Dixon and Jeremy Smith.

• The practice was created in 2022 to return to a culture of traditional, bespoke and highly personalised rural estate management and consultancy advice, a practice that embraces traditional values but utilises up to date technologies to enhance our personal approach.

• We build and maintain long term relationships with our client’s and work with a varied, established portfolio of south west based Estates and clients, covering Devon, Cornwall and Somerset

YOU

• You will either be a graduate or post graduate with or without a RICS accredited degree or alternatively you may already be RICS qualified.

• An individual with a genuine enthusiasm for the role of a rural land agent, who can work collaboratively with a range of clients and support colleagues to deliver exemplary service.

• Attitude and emotional intelligence is key, we can teach the technical but we need an applicant who is entrepreneurial and commercially minded, someone who has initiative and thrives when working with uncertainty and can think around issues.

• You will have all the expected soft skills; excellent communication; attention to detail, personable, enthusiastic, driven.

• You will be enthusiastic to work in some of the most unspoilt, unique and attractive parts of England and experience high quality of life.
